TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Anya Designs Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and apply to all bookings and transactions with our company. By placing an order or making an inquiry with Anya Designs Ltd, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

Design Integrity and Substitutions - we will always strive to deliver your design as agreed. However, due to seasonal availability and supplier issues we may need to substitute certain decorations or floral elements. All substitutions will be made with care to maintain the aesthetic and quality of the original concept.

Communication - all verbal discussions, written correspondence and emails for part of the contract between the client and Anya Designs Limited.

Order Acceptance - your order will be accepted and processed only once payment has been received in line with previous agreed communications. A formal confirmation email will be sent outlining the agreed concept.

Payment terms - A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date.The remaining full balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the installation date. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. All payments must be made by via BACS(bank transfer). Banking details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Late payment policy - a charge of 14% per annum interest will be applied to all invoices that remain unpaid 14 days after your invoice is issued, unless agreed beforehand.

Cancellations & Refunds - Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made 3 weeks or more before installation may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days of installation are non-refundable.

Access & Client Responsibilities - Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the property on the agreed dates. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.

Decorations and damage - All decorations remain the property of Anya Designs Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring decorations remain undamaged during the hire period. Any loss or damage will incur additional charges.

Client supplied items - Anya Designs Ltd cannot be held responsible for the safety or integrity of any decorations or materials not supply directly by the company. Responsibility for such items remains with the client.

Liability - We will take all reasonable care during installation and takedown, but we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or fittings. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to misuse or alteration of decorations by the client or

third parties.

Delays - We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, strikes, or government restrictions.

Acceptance - By confirming a booking and making payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
